On the evening of June 2nd, 2026, the Italian Ambassador's Residence in Nairobi became the setting for the annual Italian National Day celebrations — a prestigious gathering that brought together members of Kenya's diplomatic corps, government officials, business leaders, and media personalities.

Cabinet Secretary for Tourism Rebecca Miano attended as guest of honour, and the evening featured an immersive artistic installation that underscored Italy's enduring contribution to the arts and creative culture. The atmosphere was one of genuine warmth and cross-cultural exchange — the kind of setting that reminds you why great design always has a story behind it.
